Education/Certification:
Kamilah received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish language at Washington State University in 2018. Kamilah then graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in Saint Louis in 2023.
Experience:
I have always had a love and fascination for the human body which inspired me to pursue athletic training in high school. Rehabbing orthopedic injuries quickly became a passion of mine and from there I knew physical therapy was my calling. In PT school, I had several outpatient orthopedic rotations which were amazing learning experiences and I am highly motivated to become an expert in this area.
According to Kamilah:
Movement is the greatest gift that we take for granted. I am determined to optimize my patient’s mobility and help them live their best life without limitations!
