Cat
(Physical Therapist Assistant)
Education/Certification: Cat graduated with honors from Green River College with her Associates in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Puget Sound.
Experience: Cat’s love of movement is lifelong and before becoming a physical therapist assistant, she was a dance and yoga instructor. Her student clinical rotations provided a variety of experiences in outpatient orthopedic, inpatient rehabilitation, and acute care settings. She also has more than two years of experience as a physical therapy aide in an outpatient orthopedic clinic.
According to Cat: “The body’s capacity to heal through movement is so amazing; we are more resilient than we
often give ourselves credit for! I feel that education, communication and collaboration are important parts of this process.”
On a personal note: “I’m an avid hiker, gardener, cook, and reader and always love to hear your recommendations if
you do any of the same. My greatest joy is spending time with my partner and my dog, Juniper.”
